Went to Universal Studio's Osaka in July. It does have a very american feel to it but it was alot of fun. I highly recommend the Jurassic Park ride

It wasn't terribly busy, busy as most attraction parks go but at certain times the lines were not busy at all and made waiting times much shorter. Usually the more popular rides were busy Early Afternoon but calmed down towards late Afternoon
