A Japanese philosophy Kaizen for "improvement" or "change for the better", focuses upon continuous improvement of processes in everything. Kaizen refers to activities that continually improve all functions.

Why not try it? Clean your messy desk as a start!

What's more...
Kaizen is a daily process, the purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement. It is also a process that, when done correctly, humanizes the workplace,...he he some "sharks" around must take Kaizen philosophy seriously!!

*Humanizing the workplace is something that everyone - executives, managers, and employees - can undertake to create together a better work environment.
