So, I know a Japanese person who's quite interested in seeing various western films, but has no idea where she can find versions of them that have Japanese subtitles or even dubbing.

Specifically, I was wondering if there's a source for such things that is available to Japanese people (a website or something, maybe), but it has also occurred to me that it might be helpful for me in terms of learning Japanese, so if anybody knows anything helpful...that would be great

They are freely available in Japan of course.. but outside Japan... no idea!
