I am sure you find most people on this forum are polite.

I think what you might have experienced is Petina's frustration at having repeated the same information to you numerous times.
She assists me by telling people how this forum works and tries to reduce my workload by doing so.

Her assistance to me and this forum is invaluable and her suggestions and advice should be listened to by all who use this forum.
