we do. it's called Hong Kong and Taiwan, which means anywhere there are Hong Kong people, like Vancouver and San Francisco... there are chinese-owned japanese-style bakeries like St-Anna's.

it's there, you just have to look harder.

btw, i love that deep-fried curry pan also...
