To be honest I've been toched once by one of these perverts. It wasn't in train, but in bus. I was so shocked!! I was so used to my gaijin-aura, I thougt no one would come near me and then this!

Yes.. but most Japanese guys are totally harmless, even the perverts..
I am convinced most of them don't want sex.. just want to look at their magazines and hentai stuff and sneak a touch at a girl now and again..
most of them seem like 13 year old boys

By the way, Samurai8 just cuts and pastes stuff that other people write on the net.. so that passage above was not really his either
