I actually don't suggest trying to learn Japanese from anime ^^' i recommended it for listening practice to get used to the speed that most people talk in but if you just started out leaning then your probably going to get pretty confused. japanese used in anime isnt exactly...natural japanese. people in real life talk different from the anime style.

I think it'll be better for you to watch Japanese drama. it's more realistic (well..some of them >.> and in the situations in the dramas they speak as if they would in real life.
