It will be useful as you will have a native speaker to communicate with and also to correct your Japanese, all within an atmosphere where you can make friends as well

that sound pretty perfect! the only possible problem would be that as each side are only native speakers of your own languages you might not be awesome 'teachers' if you get what i mean. but it's still a lot better than my sitch >_<. I should probably just hang around uni campus and troll for some japanese and proposition them, lol.

Damn! That sounds bad A! That would be very inspirational to learn the language even more so you wouldn't look REALLY silly speaking to a native! Good deal there.
