Speaking with a native speaker of the language (goes for any language) is best when trying to improve your 'accent' and pronounciation (which is important for Japanese). If you want to improve on both that and your conversation skills i recommend trying to find someone who is a native speaker. If the chance that no one like that is around i recommend trying to find a Japanese language class where the teacher is a Native speaker of the language
