Okay so I have been recently exchanging conversation with a Japanese girl to help me pick up a little Japanese (I am a complete beginner) and to lend a hand with her english!

Upon mentioning that I was going to be meeting up with a girlfriend, conversation dropped to a minimum and then some weird stuff ( That I won't mention) unfolded.

Bearing in mind I have never met this girl before and she is not my girlfriend, I was rather shocked!

I have heard of some jealousy in relation to Japanese girls.. but is this a common thing or just an extreme case?
