i think Japanese guys are polite while at work, and fun to be with outside work. i had a bunch of japanese friends in my workplace and they do all polite. they took their job seriously,that must be why Japan has a very stable economy. I think people behave depending on their culture, extremities actually occurs in all places in the world. As for the Japanese men, I salute their hardship! I am more than willing to be part of their success!!! XD
