Just my 2 yen: whatever you do or choose..make sure that=your commited..you will enjoy it--dont make it out to be a chore/job ..use the internet and explore the different martial arts that are available in your area...go to the dojo and see it for yourself and if you can talk to one of the instructors to get a feel for it....other than that..good luck in your journey=^.^=
