Probably will, it's just hard to imagine having short hair when I've had long hair for like 7 years XD Thanks for the answers everyone

I had long hair in a ponytail. If you're going to Japan on a holiday, nobody really cares. So long as you don't look like Dave Mustaine in his wild days, you'd be ok.
I'd still recommend to have it tied back. If you're looking at staying for an extended period, cut it. The younger crowd may not be so judgemental but the ones that gives out the jobs are older and they certainly are.
