I dont know if this has been asked before or not (and I looked around a bit before posting!). But does anyone really know how/ or if a cell phone of any kind can be obtained by gaijins in Japan? My husband and I plan on traveling there and really want a way to communicate if we get separated or one of us stays at the apartment. Thanks to anyone who can answer ^^
