yea i had looked around for some japanese job sites the best one i have found is XX in the job section. if you have any other sites i would love to see them
i have also started to really look into some 3 year colleges in which to try get a degree, seeing that it seems that the easiest way to get to japan is to teach english.

i should also crack down on my japanese language research too. >_>

but what if my native language is not english, and i finished colleged in some science part....? would i be able to teach ppl or i should better look for something to do, what i learned in college?

I know a French guy and an Indian guy who teach English.. I have heard of other nationalities too.
If your English grammar and pronunciation are good you might be OK...
I suggest looking at what jobs are available and what their requirements are to get more of an idea.
DEFINITELY get a degree first if you can!

Well you must have a degree and your english and japanese skills must be at conversational level at least for any job...

I only found this information yesterday so it might not be 100% true...

You should have a degree to get a teaching job, but YEARS of experience and no degree can get you some jobs including teaching.
Japanese is NOT required for 99% of English teaching jobs (many schools ban their teachers from speaking Japanese!) but Japanese is required for many other jobs.. it all depends...

When getting information about Japan, try to get it from folks who are actually in Japan and have been here for a long time.. there are a lot of folks who came here once for a week or a year and think they know it all... but often they don't
