Never seen a foreign doctor here.. and can't imagine it..
I suggest checking out all the employment sites (some links on this site) to see if you can see any examples.
I very seriously doubt it

Remember my Comrade in Health and Japan(I am also aspiring to become a doctor in Japan) Just because one person hasn't seen any Gaijin Doctor's, Police Officers, or Military personnel doesn't mean you cant be one, the one thing I do know is for basically any long term job and good paying job, you will habe4 to become a citizen of the country.

My dream is to become a nurse in Japan. I'm now going in Nurse High School, and after that I will probably finish my studies in Germany, but Is it possible to become an nurse like a doctor?

Your written and spoken Japanese level would need to be REALLY HIGH.
