I`m wondering if there any posibilities for a russian guy to get job in Japan.
I would like to teach English, but because i`m not native speaker it will be very difficult to become a teacher. Am i right?
Also, i`m not sure about BA system. Could you give me some information about this, please?

Regarding the JET program (Japanese exchange and teaching program) Russia is a participating country so i would get more information regarding application at your local Japanese Consultate.

BA means Bachelor Arts, which essentially is a university/college degree course of 3 to 4 years (usually specialising in arts or scienece but application can require any degree). Programs like JET require that you have completed 4 years of a degree course before application (i could be open to correction with this).

There is also TEFL program (Teaching english as a foreign language) but i would think appication for that program would be harder as they require study of 12 years in an English speaking institute (probably native institute) before application (as well as a university degree).

As said, check with the local Japanese Consultate in your country for more information. And remember, although English might be more in demand for teaching, you might be able to get work teaching Russian in a educational institute. JET is a program that is for language/work/cultural exchanges and not just for teaching soley English. Where as TEFL is basically soley for teaching English (hence the name).
