Hello everyone, my name is Antonio, I am currently attending Edison State College in Naples, Florida. The reason that I'm here today is I was wondering how to obtain a student Visa.I have searched the forums but I could not find the information I needed. I am studying to become a physical therapist assistant, but I want to get my doctorate degree Japan. I was hoping that someone could help me with the information I need, Thank you everyone.

You get a Student Visa by sponsorship from the University/College you wish to study at. So you will need to find the University/College you wish to study at first, then make your application. When your application has been processed (or in process) you then apply for your student visa at the Immigration offices. Some schools/colleges help out with these processes but I have no first hand experience of it myself.

Okay, now I see. First I have to get sponsored by the university/college, but the immigration offices that i have to go to are they in Japan or here in the United States?
