Probably there's no difference between Japan and all other countries... I watched too much anime, so it looks like Japan has perfect girls, but if go according to you, then realistic life are different and Japanese girls are not virgins anymore. (Maybe some still)

If you are looking for an "Asian Wife" who will treat you like some kind of god, and will put up with all the backward thinking you have, then why not go Thailand? Japan is not a poor country and women will have no interest in you unless you are actually a good person and not some bigoted otaku. If you want something to bleed when you poke it I suggest you try some fresh meat.

I think Miko is right. Of course being Kanjoed is not great fun for the victim. It's also not something their parents would be proud of either. It's just childish fun. A prank. No adult does it because it's only something kids do.

When I was a kid we did all kinds of things much worse than kanjo. We did "kegs" where you would pull someone?s pants down in the middle of a public place or our friend would crouch down while we pushed our friend backwards so they would fall over. For some time we had the leg sweep where you grabbed someone?s legs as they were moving forward so their face hit the ground. All of these are way more violent than a harmless kanjo which doesn't even involve penetration. It's a game; don't blow it out of proportion and use it to draw conclusions on the whole nation.

Let's back to original topic.
We talked about children, so like I said, I'm with samurai8, adults should train their children when they are doing wrong, and NOT ignore it so they will learn it by themselves.
I would add, if an adult person remembers something he did wrong, or something wrong happened, in a similar situation the child done, so he would tell the child about it. And most important how deal it correctly.
