I study Kyudo (Japanese archery) in Japan and am interested in hearing from anyone who practices a martial art here or anywhere in the world

I studied Shorinji Kempo while in Japan. It was great exercise and I learned how to keep a level head and think in times of dire stress and anxiety. A definite plus in the modern business world.

Budo is great for that, isn't it.
For me it is how it can be applied in everyday life that is the real value.
Stressful situations and other times when calm and clear thinking are beneficial I treat it like being in the dojo and it really helps!
