I've been thinking about taking a tattoo, but I want to take a tattoo that means something to me. And in the few last weeks I feel I have grown healtier in my mind and I want to find a kanji that describes that.

So, can anyone out there help me out with finding a kanji that describes; Growing healthy in mind.

It's no problem if there is more than one letter, but please no jokes or anything. I'm pretty serious about this tattoo, and I can post a picture after I have taken it.
