Hi everybody im new in this forum hope we get along.

Ill go stragiht to my first post (Sry about my english its not my homeland language)

Can someone pls tell how does is possible to learn one language from elementary school and couldnt say more than Hello! How are you? I wonder how they past tests, maybe they dont do any converstation in Japan? In my country, when you get final test in high school you have to do 15 minutes talk with 3 sensei about various subjects.

But still, how does it possible they cant talk simple conversation in english? I just dont get it Introduce yourself, showing the way, or talk about yourself isnt it a elemantary level?

Sorry still learning english as my 3rd language, if i make a mistake just poke me in the head i should remember it next time
