Bit like being in America rather than being in Japan.. but Universal Studios Japan, or USJ as the call it, is in Osaka, Japan and is an exciting place. Try to avoid going to Universal Studios in the Japan holiday season as it does get VERY busy. Here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtPCRtPvJXo

Went to Universal Studio's Osaka in July. It does have a very american feel to it but it was alot of fun. I highly recommend the Jurassic Park ride It wasn't terribly busy, busy as most attraction parks go but at certain times the lines were not busy at all and made waiting times much shorter. Usually the more popular rides were busy Early Afternoon but calmed down towards late Afternoon
