If spring comes early you might get cherry blossoms.. they are beautiful!

I will be in tokyo MArch 9 thru 18.
Anyone recommend a good cheap hotel for 4 guests in a single room? looking to spend around 40-50 person (200.00 total) cheap yes but we wont be in the room except for sleep.
