Hi I'm new to this forum and i was wondering if anyone could help me out..Iv been trying to find a class or course that teaches Japanese and I'm not having any kind of luck any kind of help would be super appreciated.Thanks

My suggestion would be to get the Genki 1 & 2 textbooks. I've found them really useful when learning it (I just started maybe a week ago). It seem's to be very user friendly compared to most textbooks. I've had the same problem as you, and can't seem to find any classes in my area (No college around here has Japanese classes...)

For extra help, I find Ota from York University pretty helpful. He recorded his college classes and posted them here: http://buna.yorku.ca/japanese/eljp/ejlecnotes.html

Well I am learning at the Japanese Foundation. They are present in many countries, powered by the Japanese Government and not too expensive. Also I have two Japanese teachers there and the classes are fun. Try to earch them and see if they are in your country as well.
