a while back I remember there was a talk of a government conference or something to that effect about problems that foreigners face in Japan, however there were no foreigners present to provide any info. I have tried to find information discussion this conference, even something as simple as a news article, with no success. does anyone know anything about it or have any links to prove it even took place?
