I'm having some issues right now with my cell phone bill. And the problem i got is that i didn't get a konbini payment bill that i asked them for when i signed up. I only got a small letter that said "Confirmation of credit payment" but nothing has yet to be drawn from my account that is on this payment bill. So i'm now asking, what should i do?
I use AU and i tried logging into their site with my AU One id and password, but apparently that account doesn't exist, or they made an account with the wrong letters and numbers so i can't access my account.

So, is it just me being hasty, and they will draw money automatically later, or should i go and talk to them about it?

Doesn't sound like a drama yet.
"confirmation of credit payment" sounds positive
if your Japanese is up to it.. try going into the store.. I find that is always the best way to head off dramas

Yea, i'm going to try going to the konbini tomorrow with my friend that got his bill too (He got the konbini one that i was supposed to get) and see if they know anything. If they don't i'll go talk to au and see what they say.

Konbini people likely wont know diddly..
They just swipe the barcodes and collect the money..
AU will be the go.
