okay so my name is Andres which in japanese would be Ah-N-Do-Re-Su which doesn't seem very long but to me feels a little long especially when spelling it in katakana, maybe it's a dumb question and a matter of opinion, but would it be an okay thing for me to just introduce myself as Ando instead? it's similar to my name and is a bit shorter and to me sounds much better, but would I HAVE to give my full name in business situations or could I just introduce myself as Ando.
Also, my last name is Trevizo how would that be said with a japanese accent?

you could try saying your full name and then giving your nickname. it's more polite i think.
