Latinos in Japan? 12 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 5
Now I understand there is a general concept of Foreigners, but are there any specific stereotypes for People of Latino culture? I'm not trying to tug on the whole racist chain here, but I just wanted to know if there are stereotypes that specifically attach to Latinos? I am notably of Latino culture, not too dark, but dark enough to tell what I am. Would people generally assume anything of me? other than the normal stereotypes linked with foreigners.

Just that you are not Japanese.

Gaijin = not Japanese = gaijin...

(unlike in America.. where prejudice and stereotypes abound)
