I understand that tattoo masters are very selective about giving tattoos and why they would withhold creating their artwork on a foreigner. I also know how the Japanese feel about seeing tattoos, but I'm curious about how they would regard seeing a small tattoo inside a wrist. I have a tattoo of inside my wrist with a friend's name at the date she passed away in a car accident. That's all. Would this be treated differently than an image or sleeve of tattoos?
