How would japanese people look at asian foreigners?

Can they tell the difference between a e.g Chinese or korean etc..

I am from vietnam but i was born in Sweden and currently live here

Will I still count as an "alien"?
Wouldnt it be wierd if they started talk to me and i didnt understand?

(P.S English is not my primary language, so i hope you understand)

Well, I'm American (European by descent) and I can still tell sort of a difference between the Japanese, Chinese, and Koreans. It's about looking for different physical characteristics...I can't really think of how to describe it, I guess you could say that Chinese tend have more "rounded" facial features while the Japanese' are more "sharp" as far as the curvature of the eyes, nose structure, etc. It's something you just have to develop an eye for. So the Japanese would be able to tell based on looks that you are originate from somewhere in mainland Asia and not Japan.

Yes they will notice you're not Japanese from the first time. However they might at first think that you're just an emigrant/many chinese,indonesian and koreans live there/ but when it becomes obvious that you don't speak the language they will just treat you as a tourist!

Of course.
They might look the same to you, but I can recognize them easy.
They look totally different from each other.
