That list sounds like a good idea. It would be good to have the information in Japanese if someone does not understand English. Also, I'm not going to Japan any time soon, but I am lactose intolerant. I can ingest some milk products, but most I can not. But I can if I take a lactaid pill, which is a pill that has lactose enzyme in it that digest the lactose in milk for me. I was wondering if Japan has anything like this. It is a over the counter and it doesn't have anything in it that is bad for your health.

I'd bring it with you because in general Japanese medicine is very weak and it's a pain to get what you want.

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't Japan one of the countries you don't have to worry about milk as much? I have been trying to eat more like my great-grandmother did and the diet seems to be rather easy on me - I'm lactose intolerant too.

They do have Milk & Diary products. But they also have alot of products that contain soy etc (so Soy Milk would be an alternative option). Basically alternative foods. Id say eating won't be a big problem .

Probably the only problem (that I can think of) would be trying to identify which would be which!

Strength is the product of struggle, you must do what others don't to achieve what others won't

I've tried soy milk, but I put on too much weight when I drink it. Currently I am using almond milk to deal with my chocolate milk vice.
