I for one am overweight, and I like to walk every where if I can and I know that will be a good part of getting fit, but I would love to know is the food over there mainly rice and fish and some nuts... I know there are other stuff but how hard is it to get more healthy food that I like, like apples, bannanas, wholemeal bread, veg for rost dinner/tea and more?
