Not sure if this is something that you guys could possibly assist with but I am chasing a product called MGN-3 which is derived from some great Japanese mushrooms and rice brans.

Do you know anywhere in Japan where I could import the original MGN-3 product? I can't read Japanese so I don't get too far in my own searches...

There's a company in the states selling it as BioBran however this is not the original MGN-3 formula (as I understand it- could be wrong).

BioBran is manufactured by Daiwa Pharmaceutical in Japan. Hiroaki Maeda is the main contributor to the research of the product and jointly holds a patent with Mamdooh Ghoneum. The main active ingredient is Arabinoxylan but it requires the other ingredients to function effectively.

Yes, this can be sourced from the USA but I am interested to know if there is a pure source of MGN-3/ the original formula before the FDA shut down the promotion of MGN-3 July 2004.

I've tried to give as much information as possible and I'm not entirely sure what to expect in the line of replies but I just can't read Japanese and I do think that the answers can be found by someone who can.

Big company, they would have folks there who speak English.
Write to them by mail, fax or email maybe?
Assuming you want to buy huge quantities they might talk to you.. for small amounts maybe unlikely..
