Didn't see this anywhere else, I understand the Japanese group mentality and I have seen a post in one of the other threads about no child being left out in school. How did the uniform designs come about? Who designs them? Why is it that male uniforms are varied from Chinese style tunics in one school to very western coat and tie suits in other schools when the female uniforms almost are always sailor suits? Why sailor suits? Why are their uniforms so ridiculously sexy?
