Thought id just replicate my post from the other thread. Yes, it's possible. You would want to start brushing up on your Japanese pretty well though before even looking for jobs in IT in Japan. The visa that you would need to apply for in Japan for IT would be an 'Engineers' visa. That also said, jobs in IT will also be alot more competitive.
