Not many. Any job that Japanese people can do - no need to employ foreigners to do them. That is the attitude the Japanese Immigration Office have in relation to visas. It is also the attitude most companies have - it is easier to employ Japanese people who conform to all the norms automatically, rather than the hassles that usually come from employing foreigners.
