I have never heard of a gaijin working in an onsen!

I think that this works only for people outside Japan but I'm not sure...

I saw on another topic that one category of work visa holder is "Specialist in Humanities/International Services". Since I'm preparing a B.A. in international studies, I thought that it would be the right category for me to move under. But I wanted to know if this kind of degree would allow me to work in a company. Because outside of a private company, i doubt there is another way for me to work in Japan. (Since I'm not an native english speaker, I can't really teach).

If you can bring a skill that Japanese people don't have.. and can find a company that needs that skill.. maybe.
I suggest you start looking on line for jobs in Japan so you can see what is available.
(Employment agencies in Japan often have ads on this site... I can see two on this page right now.)

I've done some research on the internet and it seems that the easiest skill to have is language. I am already fluent at French, Arabic and English. By the time I graduate I would probably be good at Japanese too. Do you think that it could be considered as a "good skill that Japanese people don't have"?

If you have a BA degree or better, you can probably teach English
